Format for the day
  • Meet and greet. Approximately 9.45
  • Safety briefing for ALL adults and student

What to bring

  • Bottle of water and a snack to keep your energy up!
Important - please watch these two very short Trees for Survival video clips, to help you know what to wear and what to expect on the day.

Weather
  • If the weather forecast is not favourable for the proposed planting day, a decision to go ahead or revert to the ‘Rain Day’ date will be made the night before. It is ultimately the school's call. If it is just showery, we press on with planting.

Toilet facilities
  • If no toilet is nearby, a camping toilet with tent will be set up at the planting site.

Please advise your TFS Facilitator numbers attending a week prior to Planting day with a mobile phone number in case of cancellation.
