Salvation Army Food Box Packaging
The annual Salvation Army Food box packaging took place at the Salvation Army centre in Royal Oak on Friday the 19th of December 2025.
As on previous occasions, 7 Club Rotary and family members [on the Friday before Christmas] and 18 on the Saturday packed 250 food boxes for the Royal Oak Salvation Army to distribute the following week. In addition to the packing, with support from the Chenery Trust, the Club made a donation of $6k towards the costs.
Many thanks to all those volunteers who took time out to do a great job at a very busy time of the year. Let’s hope if there are more resources available to the Sallies, we can pack double that number next Christmas!
